Hilda, from Veendam in Holland, moved to Glasgow in 2000 to study Hospitality Management but after working in hotels, with little recognition, took the opportunity to work in the new Dutch team in ILG, in order to learn something new and have the opportunity to speak her native language each day.

Hilda says she “enjoys working for Indigo Lighthouse as initiative is recognised and team leader and colleagues listen to your opinions. The interaction with the other European teams is interesting as you can learn about other cultures. We work hard and have a lot of fun together!”
