I have lots of experience working
in customer contact centres in various roles including advisor, coach
and complaints co-coordinator, so with this in mind applied
for a job with Indigo Lighthouse, when I returned from traveling
abroad.
After getting the job I soon realised that this was unlike
any other customer contact centre Ive been involved with. The
atmosphere was friendly and more akin to a normal office
environment, than the "sweat shop" mentality often
attributed to such work.
So far so good and I feel comfortable here and do believe
that there is potential to grow with the company. As it
expands and broadens its horizons, I hope to go along for
the ride.
